Admissions
Families apply through ADAM, and the documents arrive with the application. Your registrar does not chase them afterwards.
An online application that collects its documents
Families apply through a modern form that tracks their progress. The form collects documents during the application, such as birth certificates, immunisation records and previous reports.
ADAM warns your staff when an application looks like a duplicate of someone already on your records. It also warns them when a required document is missing.
| Step | Status |
|---|---|
| Family details | Complete |
| Birth certificate | Received |
| Immunisation record | Required |
| Previous report | Received |
Registration statuses
Your school builds an admissions process that matches its existing workflow. Registration statuses fall into three categories: Admissions, Current pupils and Alumni. You can create any number of statuses in each category, so it is easy to see where every pupil stands, especially during new enrolment.
An online application form means less manual data entry and fewer errors. Administrators should still check what applicant parents enter against the supporting documents.
Enrolling a sibling is simple. Parents use the same ID number for the application, and ADAM assigns siblings to the existing family automatically.
From applicant to pupil
ADAM keeps track of new pupils and admissions. Use the Messaging Centre to stay in touch with applicants and their families. Read about the Messaging Centre
Alumni
Alumni records and alumni registration keep leavers in touch with your school after they go.
Birthdays
With the optional SMS features, ADAM sends birthday wishes to parents, pupils and staff.
