Pricing
The price of ADAM depends on two things: the number of pupils at your school and the number of phases your school offers. It has two parts, a once-off set-up and an annual licence. ADAM is priced in rand.
Every feature is in the licence
ADAM is not modular. Every school gets every feature, and the licence includes every feature we add later. You never pay extra to switch a feature on.
We give each school a quotation, because the price depends on your pupils and your phases. Request a quotation

Set-up: once-off
- Set-up and configuration fee. We configure ADAM for your school.
- Administrative training. We usually train online. We can train at your school for the additional cost of travel. Training covers four main areas, and each area targets one administrator or user group in your school. Each session is typically 2 hours.
- Report template set-up. We build your report templates to match your current reports or to meet new requirements. You can ask us to change a template later, at an additional cost.
- Data import. The import fee has a baseline amount. The time to import, and so the cost, depends on the quality of the data your school sends us.
Licence: annual
The annual licence includes:
- every feature we develop, now and later;
- every update and every fix;
- support hours for end-user queries.
We bill the licence annually, quarterly or monthly.
Hosting
Your school can run ADAM on its own servers, or we can host it for you on the ADAM platform. Hosting adds server management, security updates and daily off-site backups. How ADAM protects your data
