Staff

ADAM gives each member of staff access to what the work needs and nothing more. Security roles control that access.

Roles that give staff exactly the access they need

Create security roles with specific privileges and assign staff to them. A member of staff can hold several roles, so the combinations are unlimited.

When you suspend or terminate a staff member, ADAM ends the live sessions immediately.

A group change history report records when groups are created, renamed, enabled or disabled, and when staff are added, removed or given different permissions.

Staff records

Keep employment contracts and employment dates. ADAM prompts staff to confirm their own details when they next sign in, as it does for families. Produce staff scratch lists with different combinations of data.

Staff absentee records have the same features as pupil absentee records.

ADAM holds all the data that the Annual Schools Survey requires.

Settings that someone can account for

The site settings history shows who changed which setting, when, and what the setting was before and after. ADAM never records sensitive values such as passwords. If someone changes the email address that receives change alerts, ADAM warns the previous address as well.

Questionnaires for teachers

Grade controllers use questionnaires to gather information from other teachers about the pupils in their classes. You write the questions, as multiple choice or longer paragraphs, and allocate the template to pupils or a class. ADAM emails the teachers, and asks them to complete the questionnaires when they next sign in.

See ADAM with your own school in mind

A demonstration takes 90 minutes, online, with the people who build ADAM. A quotation is based on the number of pupils at your school and the number of phases your school offers.
